Project Manager

You are a passionate foodie and marketer, with a strong background in social and content management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES include but not limited to:

Project Management

  • Manage IRL events (community events, food trucks), and retail support/coordination (point of sales (POS) materials, shipping) and sampling activations.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure successful IRL events execution
  • Coordinate with creative and accounts to ensure development, production, and timely shipping of in-store POS material
  • Coordinate with sampling vendors/individuals to set up sampling events (in-store and at events – both dry and wet sampling)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
  • Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful and efficient delivery
  • Travel as needed

Community Manager

  • Manage and grow client social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram and WeChat
  • Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos
  • Respond to inquiries and manage online reputation
  • Stay -up-to-date with the latest cultural trends

OTHER TASKS/DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTATIONS

  • Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISION:

  • Works with minimal to general supervision

SUPERVISORY DUTIES:

  • External vendors, agencies, interns, as needed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Knowledge:
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for cultures and community building
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and at least one East Asian language (Vietnamese, Chinese, Tagalog etc.) preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook
  1. Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task especially around managing various projects
  • Ability to manage a project budget
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving
  1. Education:

East Asian Account Manager

You are experienced with East Asian consumers and are passionate about marketing, thriving on developing relationships with clients, and executing strategic marketing campaigns.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES include but not limited to:

Account Management: 

  • Working with clients to develop business goals, identify their needs, understanding their objectives and requirements
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns to meet clients’ objectives
  • Liaising with agency teams to devise strategies, ideas and campaigns that meet clients’ objectives and budget
  • Overseeing workflows to ensure all work accomplished in exceptional quality according to schedule and on budget
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for clients
  • Preparing presentations and client reports
  • Managing vendors
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns

Community Manager:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES include but not limited to:

  • Develop and lead the creative strategy for campaigns targeting the East Asian market, ensuring that all content aligns with the brand’s image and messaging.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into engaging and effective creative concepts.
  • Lead the ideation and execution of visually stunning and impactful campaigns across multiple mediums, including print, digital, social media, and video.
  • Stays up-to-date on emerging trends, technologies, and cultural nuances in the East Asian market to inform and enhance the creative strategy.
  • Collaborate with the account management and production teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Proven experience as a creative director, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in the East Asian market.
  • Strong conceptual and visual skills, with the ability to generate and execute creative ideas across multiple mediums.
  • In-depth understanding of cultural nuances, trends, and consumer behaviors in the East Asian market.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
